How to Become an Egg Donor

First, check the ‘Requirements to Become an Egg Donor’ below. If you meet the requirements, your egg donor journey starts with completing your online application.

We will support you through the entire process

We are happy to answer any and all questions so please don’t hesitate to reach out for anything you might need or any questions you might have.

1. Complete Our Online Application

Once you are comfortable with the process, please log into our secure online application. You’ll answer questions about your background, some medical information, and reasons for becoming a donor, among others.

2. Getting Onboard

Following an application review and your acceptance into the Egg Donor program, we list your profile as ‘active’ and circulate it to registered Intended recipients. Rest assured, your personal identifying information is secure and is not released without your consent.

3. When You are Chosen as an Egg Donor

We’ll let you know when you’ve been selected by a recipient. We’ll ensure you are emotionally ready to embark upon this life-enriching experience and confirm your availability to do so.

4. Medical Evaluation

The evaluation is conducted by the recipient’s doctor at their chosen clinic. The appointment includes an ultrasound, blood work and a complete physical. Once you pass all of the screening requirements and evaluations, you will be ready to begin your egg donation cycle.

5. Ovum Donation Agreement

If applicable, review the Ovum Donation Agreement with an attorney organized by New Hope Surrogacy and Egg Donation. This is to be done prior to starting your medication for your donation cycle.

6. Start the Process

You will begin medications to get your body ready for the retrieval. This process will be fully explained to you at your screening appointment with the nurses.

We look forward to helping you become an Egg Donor and make the dream of
having a family come true for hopeful parents!
